The Russian Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet) measured sediment fluxes and nutrient concentrations of sixteen Russian rivers between 1938 and 2000. This data set includes monthly sediment fluxes (in kilograms per second) and nitrate, ammonium, and phosphate concentrations (in milligrams per liter). As explained in the data set documentation, ammonium measurements from 2000 indicate that historical data significantly overestimate ammonium concentrations. Data are available via ftp.
